Shipping Policy

At Vaasini Enterprises, we strive to deliver your favorite cotton bedding and home textiles in the safest and fastest way possible. We partner with reliable, premium courier services to ensure your orders reach you in pristine condition.

1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: If you have requested custom-sized bedding, please allow 3 to 5 business days for manufacturing and processing before dispatch.

  • Tracking Details: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent to you containing a tracking link and AWB number.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on your location. Once dispatched, the typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Regions / North-East: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Direct deliveries from our hub may arrive faster to nearby northern regions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of [e.g., ₹50] is charged by our logistics partners to handle cash collection. This fee is non-refundable.

4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address with an accurate PIN code and an active mobile number to prevent delivery failures.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient after 3 attempts, any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Transit Damages & Shortages

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package from the delivery executive if it appears significantly open or damaged.

  • If accepted, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the packaging and product. Report it to our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at support@vaasini.com along with your Order ID.

6. Order Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, transport strikes, or regional courier bottlenecks. We appreciate your patience in such situations, and our team will actively follow up with the courier company to expedite your delivery.
